The rise of the Anflo Group Business
Empire started from a vision of one man, Don Antonio O. Floirendo, Sr., or AOF,
as he is fondly called by his employees. AOF’s business acumen, inspired by his
foresight and gut-feel, enabled him to build a business conglomerate which is
proudly Mindanao based.
As the number of companies grew, the
need to organize a company that would be entasked to manage the vast business
empire became inevitable. Thus in 1977 ANFLO MANAGEMENT AND INVESTMENT
CORPORATION or ANFLOCOR was organized.
Today, ANFLOCOR manages several
companies engaged in growing and exporting bananas and pineapples, real estate
development and leasing beach resort and operation, manufacturing of corrugated
boxes, plastic products and labels, processing and/or supplying fresh meat
products, growing of citrus fruits, trucking, arrestre and stevedoring, cold
storage rental, automotive dealership, financing, retailing, breeding of race
horses, hog raising and production of bottles preserves. Hiring Details:
TRAINING SUPERVISOR
- Not more than 30 years old
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
- With experienced in conducting trainings and organizing
events
- Excellent human relations, negotiation, facilitation
and communication skills
- Must be flexible to task assigned and to handle
multiple projects simultaneously
CIVIL ENGINEER
- Male, 25-35 year(s) old
- Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed
the Civil Engineering Board Exam)
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the
related field.
- Willing to be assigned in Pearl Farm Beach Resort.
- Must have knowledge in Electrical Engineering works.
- Good communications & interpersonal skills.
- Possess leadership qualities.
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (1)
Conducts development projects and evaluate
time, motion, and methods involved in the performance of maintenance,
production, clerical, and other office/field operations to establish standard
production rate and to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering course.
- Preferably familiar with ISO concepts, practices, and
procedures.
- Must be highly proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Must have excellent oral and written communications.
- Must possess very good leadership, planning, and
interpersonal relationship skills.

BUSINESS PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Economics or other
business related course
- A CPA/MBA degree is preferred but not required
- Preferably with experience in conducting project
studies , field and/ or market research , and other similar projects
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills , able to employ the
appropriate tools such as MS office and other relevant software in
preparing analyses, presentations and reports
- Excellent project management skills
- Self-starter , result- oriented and with good
initiative
- Willing to travel, work long hours and can work with
minimum supervision.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF
- Male/Female,21-30 years old
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in
Accountancy
- Must be a computer literate and proficient in MS
applications.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have initiative, and can work with minimum
supervision
CREDIT INVESTIGATOR/COLLECTOR
Qualifications are as follows:
- Male, not more than 30 years old
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy
- Must know how to drive and possessed driver’s license
- Willing to do field work and have strong personality
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft Application
