The
Admin Assistant helps the Customer Service Officer with the administrative
aspect of their responsibilities. Daily activities include:

Processing
and submitting sales orders
·
Compiling
and updating information into system
·
Answering
emails and simple enquiries
·
Mending
the phone line and taking down messages when required
·
Educational
Qualifications and Experience:
·
A
college degree in any discipline
·
Fast
learner with impeccable sense of logic
·
Works
well with simple computer applications like Microsoft Office, Excel, et cetera.
·
Minimum
two (2) years work experience in administrative work
·
Pleasing
personality; good communication skills (English) both in oral and written forms
·
Able
to relate and work well with colleagues in a small-team setting
·
Must
be a fast worker, highly organized and can withstand pressure
